Use the in-app Help Center when you can. It securely keeps your request connected to the correct workspace, user, and operating context.

Product help

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and the affected module. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose sensitive information.

Account access

Include your workspace or business name and the email or phone number connected to your account. Never send passwords, one-time codes, or recovery secrets.

Privacy or security

Email us promptly with the subject “Security” or “Privacy.” Do not include employee records or other sensitive data unless RocketShift support requests a secure handoff.

Operating and emergency boundaries

RocketShift support is best effort unless a signed agreement says otherwise. RocketShift is not an emergency service and does not replace payroll, legal, safety, or business-continuity procedures. Call emergency services when immediate safety is involved.

Support requests are handled under the Privacy Policy and Early Access Terms.
